The Tri-County Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program (BCCCP) offers FREE mammograms, breast screenings, Pap smears and follow-up testing to eligible uninsured women or insured women who face high out-of-pocket costs due to their insurance deductible. We’re part of the Michigan Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program and have been serving women in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties since 1992. We are now also serving Livingston and Washtenaw Counties.
